Danny Boy

Harmonica player and singer form the blues group of the city from Valencia (Spain), "Danny Boy and the Jumpers". Musician of self taught formation, beginning in the harmonica to early age by the middle of the 80s, thanks to a Buddy Guy and Junior Wells concert when he directed all his interest toward the blues, being the classic blues his inspiration source without leaving aside all investigation toward new techniques and styles, passing of the canonical sound of the classic teachers, as Little Walter, both Sonny Boys, Walter Horton, including the facets with the chromatic characteristic of George Smith or William Clarke, as sounds in the line of Billie Branch, Mark Hummel, etc. Danny Boy and the Jumpers was formed in 1997, being a quartet of bass, battery, guitar and harmonica, moving among Chicago Blues, West Coast and acoustic blues.
